How and when do I reserve equipment?
Simply contact Go Baby Rentals at 1-(709)-746-0082 or by email at email@example.com and leave the rest to us! We encourage you to book equipment as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to ensure all the equipment you require is ready and available. We also understand that sometimes emergencies come up, please contact us as soon as you can and we will try and accommodate you as best we can. All equipment is available for a minimum of a 2 day rental period with discounted rates for weekly and monthly. Also ask about our bundle packages to receive a discount!
What is your cancellation policy?
Go Baby Rentals understand that plans change sometimes, if your plans change please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or cancel your booking. If however, you must cancel I do require a 48-hour notice, if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours then I will retain your deposit. Accessed at a case by case basis.
What equipment do you rent?
We supply all stages of car seats as well as strollers, high chairs, pack and plays, folding cribs, hiking packs and much more. Check back regularly for new arrivals. If there is something that you need that isn't offered then please let me know, I am always looking for more input and ideas.
Will I receive the equipment listed on the website?
We strive to deliver the equipment to each and every customer that they have booked. There is times that items maybe substituted for a different model of equal value based on equipment availability.
Do you deliver equipment? Are there delivery charges?
Go Baby Rentals is a homebased business, which means I bring all the equipment right to you in the St. John's and surrounding areas. Flat Rate Delivery charges may apply, which depend on your specific location. I also charge after-hour fees which vary depending on how much outside my regular business hours (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Please contact me for more details.
Do you install car seats?
Go Baby Rentals does not install car seats for liability reasons. However, all of our car seats come with a clear instruction manual from the manufacturer. Transport Canada also provides information on installing car seats correctly.
What forms of payment do you accept?
When your booking is finalized you will receive an invoice through Square, where you can pay directly through the invoice. Square accepts various payment types from credit cards to debits. Some clients may prefer to send an e-transfer which can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Currently I am requiring 50% deposit on all orders which is to be made 3 days from invoiced date and the final payment is to be process before you receive your rented equipment.
How do we return equipment?
Pick up of the equipment is scheduled during your booking process. If your plans change let me know as early as possible to arrange another pick up time (charges may apply for pick up times exceeding 24 hours of original pick up schedule).
