Go Baby Rentals takes the utmost care to provide you with the best possible products and customer service, so please familiarize yourself with our booking and delivery policies before ordering. When you book with Go Baby Rentals, you agree to the terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver. Customers must sign and return the agreement and waiver prior to delivery of equipment.
Delivery costs vary and are based on location, please contact me for more information regarding the delivery fees associated with your booking.
Go Baby Rentals makes every effort to ensure your booking is processed as soon as we receive it. Working with my clients I will make every effort to provide your order accurately and on time. If for any reason I am unable to provide part or all of your order I will contact you by phone/email asap. In the event a product you have reserved becomes unavailable due to damage, recall, or some unforeseeable circumstance, Go Baby Rentals will substitute the highest quality product available in the inventory to replace the one you have reserved.
Damage to rented equipment with be assed on a case by case basis, if the damage is deemed to be at the fault of the customer beyond regular wear and tear additional charges may apply.

In accordance with the applicable provincial and federal laws where our stores operate, namely Newfoundland and Labrador, is not required to charge HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) at this time. The HST could be required at a later day which is currently 13%, of which 5% is the GST (Goods and Services Tax) and 8% is the PST (Provincial Sales Tax). The applicable sales tax amount will be displayed on the check-out section of the site.

Go Baby Rentals only offers the highest quality car seats that comply with both federal and provincial laws and is dedicated to delivering quality products to all its customers. Go Baby Rentals maintains equipment in accordance with the manufacturer manuals and is monitored for recalls on a daily basis. All equipment has been purchased new and is inspected and cleaned on return and prior to delivery. Products are warranted by their manufacturers but Go Baby Rentals provides no opinion as to the warranty provided by its suppliers and has no responsibility for recalls that are not posted or distributed from any manufacturer.
You agree to follow instructions on installation, use, and care of the products you rent from us. Go Baby Rentals is not responsible for any claims relating to misuse, abnormal use, overloading, general wear and tear, the choice of inappropriately sized product for your child(ren), not following instructions, transportation damage, dropped products, negligence, modifications to products, or incompatibility with your vehicle.
Refunds and Cancellations
I guarantee satisfaction with your order. However I do not issue refunds or exchanges on items after use. If you have any concerns or issues with your rental I want to hear from you – please contact me by email or phone as quickly as possible so that I can help resolve your issue.
Go Baby Rentals understand that plans can change sometimes. If your plans change please contact me as soon as possible so that I can change or extend dates with no charge to you. If however, you must cancel we do require a 48-hour notice. If cancellation notice is less than 48 hours the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
